For precise control over the AI process, we use CG animatics as input for our AI workflow. This approach lets us define camera movement and guide animation through a simplified, greyscale CGI setup—without building fully detailed scenes or incurring long render times.

Using deep learning techniques—such as LoRA fine-tuning and checkpoint training—we build high-quality workflows that maintain consistent characters, create digital AI twins of real talent, and integrate unique locations and bespoke lighting setups. Filmed Content to AI
Another way to create complex AI shots is to use real actors as input. For this workflow, we film performers to capture every detail of their body movement and expression. This process allows us to carry the full nuance of the performance into AI-generated shots.
